tontogoldstein you are a gentleman and a scholar. Much respect. Too bad we couldn't get that info from the engineers. I've spent months having to go off site to watch videos. I find that a bit sus since that would drive add revenue on those platforms..

just don't have the time to come here and post about the issues every time they break it. So I just move on to Twitch since I can get a free Sub from Amazon Prime there and skip the commercials. It seems like that's what the new corp wants anyway. Been watching video on this site since it started posting video (and been a Sub since Subs started). Nothing like constant "technical issues" to force you to move along... I'm over it. Not a Fan of Fandumb.

Latest Giantbombcast video is not working. When I press the play button nothing happens. I refresh the page and then the play button gives me a never ending "loading circle". Now, if I hit Download, I just get Processing... under the Download button. (this is new). All browsers Windows 11. Also Ipad Chrome browser. This was the case for both Premium Video and Free Video. then after 10:35pm EST the Free Video started to work (after page refresh). Video works fine on YouTube and Twitch. - <<Technical section.>>

Seems SUS that corp overlords are trying to save on hosting costs which I could understand if it wasn't for the whole premium membership thing that's supposed to cover stuff like that and I dunno.. keeping people employed. My 2022 GOTY List

We rent them when we vacation. They are pretty cool. I've been looking into getting a set for me & the wife. However where I live is not an urban setting and there are a few roads with no sidewalks that have 45MPH speed limits between our house and the quaint downtown area they'd be perfect for.

I'd say be careful with them when navigating a curb. You hold the handlebars and that keeps the front wheel steady but the deck of the thing will swing around and bash your ankles. That's caused a few minor (painful) injuries the few times we rented them.. Also I second the helmet recommendation..

I've been looking at the segway ninebot kickscooter max that has "10-inch pneumatic tires can withstand multiple punctures without tire deflation." Although the rider weight limit is 220lbs and I'm....(ahem) somewhat over that limit... I didn't have any problem riding the rental versions with less battery and motor power.

The fact that Danny O was on the Bombcast was reassuring before the news of the departures. Having Jeff B come on board has greatly reduced my future of the Bomboverse anxiety. We're in good hands Duders. Capt. Gerstmann has a steady hand.

I miss the QLs and I REALLY miss the UPFs! Wreckfest on Fri is such a letdown when I get home from work and am ready for the weekend to start with some Unprofessionalism. Minecraft is cool enough, but I can't really watch all 4 versions of the game with the same banter. It leaves my weekend wanting for content. I'm down for some all day Astroneer streams though. Love the Brad / Vinny teamup!

That said, I appreciate the effort everyone's been putting in under these messed up circumstances. Just wanted to put in my vote for some UPF to return. (Been premium since day 1 and been down with the Duders since Arrow pointing down days)

Soo.. it’s Thursday (Halloween 10/31/2019). No Bombcast on the site... come to the forums, to the bombcast waiting room to look for some info. The door creeeeks open and brushes past some thick cobwebs. I peer inside with only the dim light of my Switch for illumination only to find hundreds ghosts of posts long dead (the last from 6 months ago). Kinda spooky...
